The kitchen has electric stovetop and microwave making daily cooking easy. Drip coffee machine is available as well as pots, pans, dishwater, flatware and glasses. In the summer enjoy and relax in the downstairs outdoor deck featuring a gas grill and new patio furniture and of course a wonderful view. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a quaint nook where you can hang out or possibly have extra sleeping for kids. Master bedroom includes an ensuite full bathroom, seating area and closet. Bedroom 2 has one queen bed, smart TV, ample closet space and access to a shared deck. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, ample closet space and access to shared deck. Full Shared bathroom for bedroom 2& 3 is complete with toilet, sink, bathtub and shower and is adjacent to BD1&2. We offer a full laundry area which inches iron & ironing board and complimentary laundry amenities to complete your washing needs.

This end unit condo receives an abundance of sunlight from the large window throughout the space and backs up to a yard instead of Ousel Falls Rd.
