First of all, we are not responsible of your state of health, we are sorry about it, but we do not understand why this is a reason to complaint off agains us. We cannot offer a late check out since the room has to be cleaned before the check in time. Since you are not the only guests coming to our accomodation. It is from common sense. In spite of the answer, you decided to book with us another night, so, it is of common sense that you will need to pay the price of the whole night. You were free to leave us if you were not confortable. There were plenty of places on our surroundings to choose. By the way, we have a coffee machine in every room with 1 coffee and 1milk per person/day for free, and if you needed water, you could have drunk from the tap. Our water in Bilbao is great. And last of all, you complaint about the restaurants below. We suggest to look something on the surroundings, since we are located at the historical Square of the old town of the city, something you should have thought before coming, again, something that is not our responsability, It is only yours, to know the place you are going to visit.
