"Frukosten - det fanns väl egentligen alla alternativ även om tyngdpunkten nog var åt det ohälsosamma hållet. Generellt rent och snyggt även om borden var lite klibbiga. Trevlig personal. Rummen saknar skohorn. Saknar möjlighet att kunna låsa in saker, säkerhetsskåp. "

"Business trip....biiig hotel. Great breakfast. Many parking spaces BUT a very outdated system to register the vehicle for parking and virtually impossible for a foreigner such as myself. Luckily the hotel had an option to pay a fee at the reception. Tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance."

"Friendly staff, air conditioning worked well and it was clean. Breakfast OK but not more. Not possible to get single duvets for a double bed and the best they could to was to offer us extra sheets to use instead. An average hotel though still fairly expensive. "

"For the purpose, staying relatively cheaply and use it as a base for day trips (by car outside Luton), the hotel was sufficient (clean and OK breakfast). However, we feel that Hotels.com stated several things that were not correct: 1) The room did not have AC (possibly temporarily broken), 2) the room was not cleaned during the stay (4 days) and 3) parking was not included in the room but there were about 20 spaces in about 150 rooms (however, the hotel solved this by allowing us to park next to the reception."

"Good sized room, nice AC and bed. Bathroom slightly old-ish. Easy access, helpful staff. Would happily stay here again."
