  • A beautifully furnished poolside ground floor condo! Perfect for vacationers, winter guests, military, and long-term business guests. Whatever your need, this will accommodate you!

    The large bedrooms will give you space to getaway or you can choose to sit on the 2 private porches or walk out your doors onto the soft grass that opens onto the courtyard. Each bedroom has a queen bed and the master has a huge bath with large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bath is adjacent to the guest bedroom.

    Approximately 300 feet from the beach, you can work on your tan or just enjoy the endless horizon. Or, you can stroll the water's edge or jog on the 26-mile boardwalk. The night lights, sunrises and sunsets are stunning!

    Fully furnished, just pack your swimsuit in the summer and a light sweater for the winter. We have some winter days in the 70's so come warm up your frozen toes. In the summer, enjoy the white sands of our beautiful beach or the pretty courtyard at the Villas. There you will find a pretty pool, gazebo, chairs for lounging, and surely a perfect place to warm your bones using our natural solar heat!

    We have deep-sea fishing, golfing, island trips, beautiful historic towns, tons of boutiques and discount mall shopping, the wonderful white sand beach, sailing trips on different schooners, museums and art galleries, and restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood and many other ethnic flavors!

    Located only 2 lots away from the Treasure Bay Casino, you can walk there for eating, dining, gaming or sipping and not have to incur a cab fare! There are so many things to do for both families and individuals.

Ocean View Stay

How hard is it to mop the floors between guests. There must be a problem with guests taking silverware because there was not enough utilsels for 6 people.

Reviewer Comments: Would have been nice to be informed before we got there that we needed to bring our own toilet paper, dishwasher tablets,etc. We never had to do that at any of our other timeshare stays before. A little information goes a long way. Missing some utensils, a couple of burned out lights, not enough towels for a place supposed to be ready for 6 people. Had a good time otherwise.

The shower in the main bathroom had black mold on the ceiling, units are rundown need upgraded to be considered a top level resort

Lovely but needs more love

Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious and well designed but there were issues, dirty frying pan, shower light repair ongoing, dust on wall piece, dresser drawers that don't stay shut, "colorant" instead of creamer for coffee, shower door that doesn't shut, lazy toilet lever,and electronic lock on patio door not recoded. Exterior hallway and path to parking lot dissappointing. The condo and its furniture are obviously not new but it is lovely and spacious.

We couldn’t open doors to get outside air. Understand that you have to close balconies and pool area for construction but could have told me that before I booked. I found out a week before I arrived. Beds, and furniture wore out and uncomfortable. Very disappointed and I won’t be back.

Reviewer Comments: Check in /out was easy & simple.Had a hard time to find a good telephone number of an office before we got there. Had to go back to our timeshare office to get a number to find checkin procedures. While there, called maintenance to put battery in beeping smoke alarm. Had to unplug it, no response during the stay. As there was no on site office, one seemed to know what to do including contractors/employees. All three TVs did not work with remotes with no help.

I cannot imagine not having soap in the bathroom during covid season but that is what we had no soap. Not enough toilet paper was in the unit for 4 days let alone a week. Glad we did not stay a week. Broken coffee cups in the cabinet and the coffee pot was not washed. Outdoor furniture was rusted threw and broken seats were hanging halfway to the ground. Not happy at all. This place needs attention.

Being several hours away from home with no one to contact regarding my lodging arrangements, I panicked. After finally locating it through phone calls at the home office, I couldn’t get in. The combination lock would not work. After several hours in the heat, and several calls to the home office, I had almost given up. Finally an associate called me and changed the code Combination. Thanks to her, we were able to get into our property by nightfall. I wouldn’t want to go through that experience again nor would I want anyone else to.

Fiasco

When we opened the door to our room, we were hit with a stench that made us both sick at our stomachs. It was a moldy mildew smell that was sickening and I am not exaggerating even a little bit! My wife and I were hungry after the drive to Biloxi, so we went to a nearby Wafflehouse and had some dinner hoping that when we returned to our room it would somehow be better, although we knew it was a longshot we wanted to stay there if at all possible. But it was not.We capped off our night with a drive back home!!! We did not even stay 1 night!!! Finally we arrived back home in utter disbelief and disgust at what we had just was a nightmare that we are still trying to forget..... UNBELIEVEABLE!!!

4th of July Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to the Villas for over 15 years. We love the fact that we can usually get the ground level which helps with our elderly parents. Over all it was a good stay but a few things can be tweeked. There were no BBQ utensils for the pits outside. No steak knives. We called PRM and requested these items but only received the knives. We found a few bugs so this unit needs some TLC in the bug area. Also, the outside is not kept up. It needed some cleaning and painting. I am a Capital Vacation Club owner and we pay big bucks in maintenance fees and we thought that money went to renovations of the units. also, the TV was very hard to figure out if you are not computer savy. We did figure it out but for elderly guests it will be difficult. We love coming to the Villas and we will be back and hope all those things can be fixed for the next time we visit.
