Biloxi stuga - plats Beau Rivage-Beach endast 30 dagar

Detta hem byggdes 1924 och uppdaterades av den nuvarande ägaren 1978 och igen 2017. Stor uppmärksamhet på den ursprungliga konstruktionen och arkitekturen följdes även till att använda de ursprungliga färgfärgerna. Huset ligger på en mycket ganska culdesac, med parkering utanför gatan. Detta är ett mycket avkopplande och bekvämt hem oavsett om man sitter på verandan eller i vardagsrummet med de dubbla franska dörrarna öppnade mot Gulf Breeze. Du kan gå till Beau Rivage Resort Casino och stranden med en kort 1 kvarts promenad under de levande ekarna på Hopkins Blvd. Cykelvägar är på Howard Ave 50 meter norrut. Vi har två cyklar hemma för din njutning. Tisdag och torsdag varje vecka är det Biloxi Farmers Market mindre än en kvarter promenad på fina säkra trottoarer. MGM Park ligger också inom ett kvarter från detta hus. Detta hem har otroligt läge. Om huset. Det är 1 000 kvadratmeter med 2 välstora sovrum med stora garderober och flera fönster. Köket och badet har alla nya apparater och bekvämligheter. Bo, matsal och kök kombineras till en öppen planlösning. Alla golv utom köket är originella trägolv och originalkakel i badkaret. Hemmet har nya moderna uppvärmnings- och luftkonditioneringsapparater, men har fortfarande golvugnen, vindfläkten och öppen spis med gasblock. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns på den inbyggda verandan. Kabel och internet är försedd med 3 TV-apparater och en stereo. Tyvärr tillåter vi inte husdjur. Detta hem är rökfritt. Alla sängkläder och köksredskap är möblerade. Det finns plats för 2bilar att parkera i uppfarten.

Home Away from Home!

I stayed here for about six weeks during a law school internship. Harvey, the owner, really makes it feel like a home away from home. The house is adorable - it's super clean, cozy and very comfortable. It's so close to the beach, casinos, shopping, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly. I loved my time here and look forward to coming back soon!

Southern Charm

I loved this property!!

The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do, walking distance to the ballpark, casinos, and restaurants, yet it was off the beaten path, very quiet, almost secluded. The owner was great. We will be back!!

Perfect!

This property was perfect for what I thought I needed and for what I actually ended up needing! The location is easy to find with his map, and right by a highway. The neighborhood is cute, but also convenient. Mr. Harvey Brooks was a good communicator, and although I didn't have ANY problems, I feel like he would have handled it right away if I had. The house is very cute and I am grateful that he let me stay there!! I love some of the old fashioned features (telephone nook, for example), but the stove looked brand new and there were so many things provided for use. I did play solitaire one night with the cards. He also had bikes available to use that if my trip had been more leisurely, I would have used! Thank you!!

Southern hospitality at its finest!!!

Mr. Brooks was an amazing host. He thought of everything that we may need to use while we stayed at the cottage. It was extremely cozy and more than enough room for our family of 4. This is a beautiful cottage and was a highlight of our trip. We would highly recommend. Mr. Brooks was very responsive to any questions we had. Beautiful older home in a quiet neighborhood. But close to everything.

We so enjoyed our stay in this Cozy Cottage! The house had everything from a coffee maker to a chef-worthy stove to resort-quality towels. Having access to a washer and dryer was a life saver after long days on the beach. We went grocery shopping and cooked most of our meals since we enjoy cooking, but the location of the house is close to Beach Blvd and all of the restaurants. You can see the Beau Rivage from the front porch, and there was a huge fireworks show from MGM Stadium on our last night there. To be honest, we stayed a week in this house and didn’t want to leave. My mother-in-law even remarked that she wanted to put this cute little cottage in her pocket and take it home with her. We enjoyed our stay and hope it’s available for our next trip to the Coast.

Simply the most adorable, clean, comfy- cozy home!
