The good: Very clean, great communication, clear checkin instructions, close to everything, beach right across the street. The bad: beds were not real comfortable, location was a little sketchy but that’s anywhere on beach blvd. Just don’t go out the back gate and it’s fine. Pool outside our door was under construction. Did not go to the other pool. Given the cleanliness and affordability I would rent here again.

Great place! Everything like new! Will book again when i come to visit my son again. Can even see the gulf from the back patio!
