“We had an excellent stay! The people running the hotel were absolutely lovely, attentive, and always very helpful. It was a real pleasure staying here. The breakfast was excellent, fresh, and delicious every morning. We truly enjoyed our time in Encant de Alaior and had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We would warmly recommend it and would be very happy to stay here again.”

“We loved everything!!! The hotel is new and very clean, funky and eclectic. It is well maintained and the decor and furniture are outstanding. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable. A lot of hard work and creativity went into the design and it really works. The location is excellent also; minutes walk from the harbour and center of town, and lots of street parking if you have a car. In addition, they offer a delicious breakfast (included). Perhaps the best part of all is the staff- they are...

“A beautiful boutique hotel ... centrally located .... the staff was outstanding and courteous.”

“We had a wonderful time at this beautiful boutique hotel. Nuria and Antonio are gracious hosts and very responsive to any questions. Check in is simple and easy. They also offer complimentary refreshments and fruit for guests, which is a lovely touch. Having an outdoor patio space was incredible for relaxing in the later evening hours. The hotel is right in the heart of old Ciutadella, making access to shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“My experience at this hotel was very disappointing, especially considering the price. I paid approximately $316 per night for three nights (about $1,000 in total), so I expected a much higher level of service. From the moment I arrived, I encountered several disappointing issues. There was no toilet paper in the room when we checked in, and we urgently needed to use the restroom. I actually had to take a shower first just to deal with the situation until we could get more. The room itself was...

“Me contactaron con anticipación sobre mi llegada. Fui recibida por el Sr Guillermo quien me dio todo la información necesaria para una grata estadía y lugares históricos a visitar, playas, restaurantes, tours. Sus sugerencias muy útiles y practicas. Todos los días atento para alguna necesidad que tuviera . Fue una experiencia muy grata. Me voy feliz y volvería nuevamente a Hotel Petit 5 Stars . Lo recomiendo.”

“Boendet och läget var lugnt och fräscht! Den vackra viken gav lugna vågor mycket barnvänligt. Klipporna kan dock ses icke barnvänliga och man bör längs klipporna se upp för sjöborrar.”

“Fantastiskt boende med bra läge och ett underbart rum med en spännande liten utemiljö. Den minimalistiska stilen och omtanken om detaljerna märktes överallt – även i frukosten. Kärlek i varje detalj.”

“Perfect location and space”

“The location of Es Mirador is excellent! It is easy to walk and explore nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean The in-room amenities are excellent and the beds are comfortable. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations and assistance with taxis from the friendly and helpful front desk. The only thing lacking is so minor, I hesitate to mention it but I appreciate hair conditioner in the shower. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.”

“Nice and clean room with air condition. We got a warm welcome and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel. ”

“Sejour parfait! Je recommande fortement !”
