Dear Traveler, Thank you for your compliment toward to the staff, I have shared it on our notice board to keep every one of us motivated in delivering the true Angsana experience. Our hotel is designed with a unique setting of a lush rainforest and a pristine beach, we are indeed the perfect place to relax and unwind away from a busy city life. It’s regretful for me to note that we didn’t meet your expectations. Unfortunately the tranquil location, which allows a private beach and stunning ocean view, has a downside for us in getting the produces to our resort. As we cannot import from the nearby Singapore we have to purchase our produces from other ports in Indonesia with tremendously high delivery costs, handling fees and local taxes making our purchase costs higher that it obviously affects our prices in general. Let me assure you that we are doing our upmost to find other solutions to get better quality products at lower costs and any savings will reflect in our prices. Dear Kim , I am glad to hear that our white sandy beach and the pool are enjoyable for you during your stay, which makes us the perfect place for an island getaway. Unfortunately our remoteness has not only positive sides like the beach and the untouched nature but also negative aspects. One of them is the high costs of goods due to high transportation prices and tariffs which in some cases make items more expensive then in Singapore.
