Hotell i Biotopo Monterrico-Hawaii

“This is a lovely hotel at the Pacific coast, a few hours drive from Guatemala City. Outstanding service from lovely staff. Nice albeit crowded pool areas. Do not consider if you need good Wi-Fi. It only works, and badly so, in common areas. That said, we would definitely stay here again. ”

“Nobody speaks English in the hotel. The music was too noisy every evening.”

“Very quiet and nice place in the rain forest, restourant on the spot and great nature environment; plenty parking.”

“Overall it is a very nice resort and the free morning breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about is that two of the pools and jacuzzi were not filled or functional. Make sure you get an air conditioned room otherwise you have no privacy. The walls do not go to the ceiling and everyone in the Resturant can hear you in the room and your bathroom. It could lead to an embarrassing moment.”

“This is our fourth time staying at Maya Jade, we love it. It’s private and quiet. The pools are great. We will stay here again. We live in Alaska and we will fly to Guatemala just to stay here.”

“Really good place ”

“Hotel with no security at nights, no night lights around the hotel, broken door lock , pool not well maintained hotel dificult to locate at first time, pool seats rusted, overall not satisfied for the price I pay.”
