“This room was the smallest I've ever had. Nowhere to put stuff. The walls are paper thin, there was a glass window to the hall. Every time someone passed outside, the room was completely lit up, making it difficult to sleep. At the same time, you could hear every word spoken, not just by passing guests, but from people in other rooms too. The breakfast is self service. I went to Starbucks instead. The towels were soaked in some kind of chemical so they smelled awful. I could live with all...

“It was tranquil and beautiful. Very pleasant in every way. Well kept and the staff were excellent and helpful. It was well located for walking into Whitstable on the Invicta Way if so inclined and was in easy driving distance for Tankerton and Herne Bay. Hard to fault. A good stay”

“Great and comfortable stay! Check inn was quick and easy and entrance to hotel is actually separate to the adjacent pub which was great as we wasn't disturbed by any noise from the revellers on a weekend! Room was very spacious for a family of 4 and was very clean! Would highly recommend and great location. Only 5 min drive to Margate central!”

“We were welcomed with a big smile and a pot of coffee which was lovely after a long day cycling.The bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom big and spotless.The breakfasts were delicious and set us up on the second day to continue cycling. Our bikes were safely stored during our stay. ”

“There was no clear indication of how we accessed the property. Despite trying to communicate with the owner, there was no response. We had to just turn up and hope for the best. Luckily, after getting to the pod, the key was there and the stay was good. It has everything you need and is in a great location. ”
