“There was someone else's dirty socks left on the floor of our room and an open condom wrapper in the shower. I was charged at the Hotel despite paying ahead of time and had to insist on a refund to get my momey back.”

“I’ve stayed in a a lot of hotels but this is the very first time I’ve been given not one but two partially cleaned rooms. 11pm check-in. First room had one stripped bed and one made bed, and ironing board and iron sitting out, and dirty towels on bathroom floor and dirty bathroom. Went down to desk and then gave keys to a 2nd room. 2nd room had two made up beds but pillows without cases, garbage on nightstand, bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. “Didn’t seem to be the most clean place around. There’s a super stained chair, the bathroom looked like an old closet that was made poorly into a bathroom and the toilet leaks, the curtains were all ripped, AC struggled to keep up, pool area seemed unsafe with a bad smell, the jets in the hot tub barely worked, doors are incredibly thin as are the walls, parking lot is very uneven and a bit sketchy to drive on, TVs are tiny and not super updated, and no housekeeping until the third night? Seems...

“we should have been informed at check that beds were being replaced on our floor, elevators were blocked, floors were very dirty, at one point our room door was blocked by a TV and it took 10 minutes to get a worker to move it, fold out bed mattress was stained, asked for towel removal, didn't happen, tried to call front desk-no answer-went down to front desk-no one there”
