Welcome to Enchanted Cottage in the woods at Patoka Lake! Cabin offers the perfect escape to unplug, disconnect and recharge in a tech free get-a-away. Located near Patoka Lake main entrance this log cabin is the perfect place for a relaxing reset with easy access to restaurants, winery, boating, hiking, and fishing and so much more. As well as an easy drive to French Lick and Holiday World. Amenities such as the fire pit and screened in porch offer space for everyone to comfortably enjoy your stay.
*Community quiet hours 10pm-8am.
*Please keep noise in general within reason.
* If fire pit is used fire must be sprayed with water before leaving.
*Do not burn trash.
*Park on gravel areas only in designated area. Do NOT block roads.
* If parking more than 2 vehicle is expected please notify host prior to check in. Parking at this cabin has extremely limited boat parking. However, we do offer free boat parking on Dillard Rd. Ask host for details.
*For the consideration of others and safety once on gravel road please keep speed to less than 5 miles per hour. *Strictly no events or parties are allowed!
*Please do not place grills on porch or deck. Please note: Staying after 11 am without prior approval is subject to additional fees. Unauthorized late check out $100 for each hour past 11am. After 1pm the guest will be charged that day`s base rate without discounts and that does NOT award possession of the property for that day. If the date to extend the stay is available, the guest must formally extend their stay. However, we reserve the right to decline the extension. Guests will be responsible for any and all refunds given to incoming guests due to unauthorized late check out and will be charged for repayment of those costs.
*No projectile fireworks or discharging of firearms at property.
