1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

The apartment is located in a beautiful old neighborhood and the staff is very friendly and helpful, but there are some peculiarities that become apparent only upon arrival. The description said the apartment is two-level, but we were surprised to discover that the bedroom is a completely separate room upstairs with no bathroom or toilet. The kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor, and to get from one to the other, you have to go through the srairs used by neighbors from above. The old staircase takes some getting used to, but after a day, you can walk normally. The mattresses are comfortable, but there are two of them and they keep sliding apart, meaning it's not a double mattress, but two singles on a double bed. It's inconvenient that there are no outlets near the bed. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked perfectly, but the kitchen was hot in mid-September. The kitchen is well-equipped, but there is no cutting board, and the toaster didn't work. Another thing to keep in mind is that the locks on each door are without catches and slam easily. The emergency assistance from the agency works very well, but to open the room with the key inside we had to pay 50 :( Overall, we are satisfied, the old house and the location of the apartment in the old center compensate for some inconveniences.
