“If you decide to travel to Kolkata as a tourist, I can't imagine a better place to stay than Hyatt Centric if you (like me) like to have a solid breakfast, very service minded employees and be able to relax after a day in busy Kolkata. Location is fairly close to many attractions. ”

“The staff is wonderful. It’s a lovely hotel a home away from home. Mr. Manoj is the best a very helpful and kind person.”

“A great little boutique hotel. Family run to a very high standard. Very friendly and smilely. It makes us fee welcomed and gives you a clean room but as everything commensurates with the price. I would say it is on the fair side. All amenities work as they should but we were unhappy about the speed on in house wi-fi which the ower says it was raining.”

“Conveniently situated hotel with nice, air conditioned rooms and a good restaurant next door. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady who sits by the entrance door. Good selection of drinks in the room. Well cleaned for general use, but could do with a good spring clean, dirty in places when you look closer. “Vi bodde två nätter och var mycket nöjda. Sköna sängar, riktigt täcke, varmvatten. God service också och mycket rent. Personalen var hjälpsamma och fixade lätt med transport och tvätt. Frukosten var okej om man gillar indisk mat till frukost.”

“Siamton is conveniently located, and we stayed here a second time because last year we had a great experience. This time though our experience wasn't the same. The quality of the food was mediocre, owing to the fact that there was a new manager, and things were not as organized as they were last year. The staff at Siamton are approachable and approaching. Everyone welcomed us with a smile and was always there when we needed something done. Mufizur Rahman, one of the employees, was congenial,...

“The hotel is very clean and nice. Stuffs are helpful but they ask for tips a lot. When we were leaving the hotel and we wantwd to carry our own laguages. They offered help and then they are asking tips for helping. If you are helping then why are ypu asking for tips? My indian friend who stayed in the same hotel paid 1000 rupees mess sonce shw is indian citizenship and we as forigners paying extra then we have to give tips as the sake of help when we did not ask for help.”

“It was a clean, comfortable, and warm stay at Metropole!”

“Mycket fina rum. Artig personal fastän de nästan bara tilltalade min man och inte mig. Room service dygnet runt och rent och fint. Jättebra städning ”

“The staff was most helpful. Especially when I left my cell in an Uber. I wouldn't have retrieved it back without them. Good stay. Great location.”
