“What a beautiful hotel. A hidden oasis among the chaos of Jaipur. The staff was absolutely lovely, caring and always looking to make your stay the best possible. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of me. I will be back and recommend this place to anybody who wants comfort, beauty and peace in Jaipur.”

“Location”

“A nice place in Jaipur 10 min by Tuk Tuk from the center. ”

“A lovely heritage property, very helpful staff. It's an very large old building which has some renovation work going on (this did not disturb me in the slightest as it was far from my room). It did make it a little dusty but this is unavoidable as renovations will always be needed to maintain old buildings. Nice room, could do with blackout curtains as there are many windows and some light coming in during the night.”

“The Rambagh Palace is absolutely stunning. Staff were attentive and overall service excellent.”

“We loved this property as the Family & staff were so helpful & went out of their way to make sure we were happy & always there is we were having any difficulty calling the taxi & so on. They also have Cookery classes that you can join & that was such fun, Near by (walking distance) was a fantastic grocery store with all the spices you wished to buy to take home. ”

“Rajmahal Palace is an outstanding heritage property and a true oasis in the heart of Jaipur. Stepping inside feels like entering another world, with incredible interiors, beautiful architecture and rooms full of character and grandeur. One disappointment was our room, which had no windows and therefore lacked natural light. It would have been wonderful to have the option of a room with windows. The gym could also benefit from some attention to bring it in line with the exceptional standard of...

“"A humble budget hotel" describes it more honestly than the hotel describes itself online. It isn't a "heritage" hotel, that's just the parent company name. The room was clean enough and the shower was good. Only two pillows for a kingsize bed. The Wi-Fi was non-existent and un-secured. The restaurant is small, dark, and windowless. The food is okay. They say they have a 24 hr. airport shuttle but two online booking requests went unanswered. Good location for bazaars, City Palace. The staff were...

“Hi. Staff is very good and kind. Food is good. Price is little bit expensive. I will definitely go back there.”

“It was our first time in Jaipur and we had a great stay here! Staff was helpful and sweet, room was comfortable and clean, and location was superb! 10/10 recommend booking here!!”

“The Shakun hotel is well located in the city and just slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the main road; it's great for tour pick-ups and grabbing an Uber to dinner in the evening. The hotel is a little dated and perhaps not quite as grand as it once was. We travelled outside of peak season and it felt like the staff had been switched to a less experienced team who perhaps weren't as knowledgeable about service. However, they were always really friendly when we approached them. However,...

“Was ok ok... Considering the rate it was ok. Rooms were spacious with lots of decent furniture. Breakfast could have been better. ”
