Please note** All bookings must be made before 1:00 AM so we can verify your reservation and add you to the Latch app for secure building and unit access. Bookings made after this time may not be eligible for same-night check-in.

🔐 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Options
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, all guests are required to complete a quick verification process through Enso Connect’s Boarding Pass, a trusted third-party service. This step is part of standard rental compliance and helps us create a safe and seamless experience for everyone.
As part of this process, you’ll choose one of the following options:
✔ Refundable $500 Security Deposit (with a $15 processing fee)
✔ Non-Refundable $35 Damage Waiver
This measure protects both you and our property during your stay.

Parking Notice: Please do not park in the building`s front parking lot. It is reserved for permanent residents only. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing at the owner`s expense.
