There are two flights of stairs to get up to the property.
We are so glad to host you! Please be respectful of our property during your stay. No parties or events are allowed on premises.

There is ample parking on the street in front of the building.

When the thermostat is on heat please do not exceed 68 and while thermostat is on cool please do not go lower than 72 degrees. Please give adequate time to cool or heat when you change the thermostat.

Towels are in each bathroom.

When you check out please strip your sheets and place all used towels in the laundry area. Remove any items you brought from the fridge. Put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Please take out the trash to the large can on the street and be sure to lock up behind yourself.

If you break or damage furniture you will be charged for replacing it plus a $250 refurnishing fee
