Bra och nytt hotell. Låg väldigt bra nära kanalen och nära till järnvägsstationen. Enda klagomål, ac fungerade inte gav bara värme. Lite mer fullkornsbröd till frukost, annars var frukosten bra.

Overnight stay at Holiday Inn
The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel service was impeccable from the check-in until the checkout. The breakfast was not impressive, no vegetables served, only fruits. For vegetarians there was scrambled eggs and vegetarian sausages that were quite dry and didn't have much taste.

Riktigt bra!
Blev verkligen positivt överraskade. Väldiga fräscht och fint hotell i bra del av Birmingham. Fick ett stort rum på våning 17 och utsikten var fantastisk. Trevlig personal och bra bemötande överallt. Frukosten var över förväntan och det fylles på hela tiden.

I absolutely recommend this hotel modern structure complete with all comforts perfect location 5 minutes walk from the center and the station complete breakfast helpful and professional staff if I can suggest an improvement in a hotel of your category the fridge and safe must be in the room

Had a great stay, the hotel was central to all shops and near the train station. beautifully clean rooms with everything you need to make your stay comfortble. Staff amazing nothings too much trouble, and a great breakfast. I will stay here again.

Very friendly warm welcome on arrival. Room comfortable and spotlessly clean. Location is great for the station and city centre, and all the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was adequate.

Was it extremely clean to a impeccable level The staff were friendly and helpful The bar staff was lovely For the price i feel like you got way more than you would in other hotels My only complaint was the rooms were quite warm

Minutes from NEW street/ Grand Central train station which is a 10 minute train journey from Birmingham airport. Clean spacious room with kettle, tea, coffee, iron and ironing board cleverly concealed behind a large full length mirror. Toiletries, daily housekeeping if you want. Given choice of floor we wanted. Late bar with hot snacks seved until around 9.30pm. Room service may be available. Store luggage for free, complimentary tea coffee in reception at hreakfast area. Staff so welcoming and friendly. Near to restaurants.....same bars etc and The Bullring shopping mall. Visit the library up at the square behind the hotel. Fantastic place with a theatre, cafe and bars. Try a bowl of hearty soup and Brummie cake. A type of bread with bacon bits tomato and Worcester sauce and cheese. A meal in itself all for £8.

Accessible room was excellent with a very comfortable bed. Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Only one area in the hotel that was a bit difficult as a disabled person was getting around the dining room. If a couple of tables next to the aisle could be reserved for disabled guests that would help immensely. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely big shower, good and plentiful breakfast. Staff were very friendly and willing. Good walking distance to the station and a car park next door. Room temperature was limited to 19 degrees and we found it a bit hot and stuffy, but we would happily go back again next year for our Crufts visit.
