A Five-Star Experience
From the moment I stepped into this VRBO property, I knew I had made the right choice for my stay. As a first-time VRBO user, I was initially hesitant, but this experience has made a believer out of me.
The cleanliness of the property was immediately apparent, showcasing meticulous attention to detail that provided a truly welcoming atmosphere. Every corner of the space was spotless, reflecting a high standard of care and maintenance.
What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional customer service. The property management team was not just professional but incredibly personable, making me feel valued and well taken care of. They were readily available to answer all my questions, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free stay.

My First VRBO Experience
The location, cleanliness, and welcomeness of this location was great! I've never stayed in a VRBO rental and admittedly had low expectations of the process (i.e. nightmare owners, hidden fees, etc.), but this experience exceeded my expectations. Also, the property manager was available with lighting speed to problem solve and answer my questions. My only feedback is to streamline the check-in process (send fewer emails with pertinent information) and provide better instructions regarding the parking. Feedback aside, you can't go wrong renting here!

Perfect condo for out of town visitors
I was in town for work (Sunday-Thursday). Firstly, we had to move our trip a day before we were to arrive because of a death in the family. The property owners were more than accommodating for this adjustment. I didn't get charged any fees for changing the trip. When we got our rental car, we were supposed to let the property owner know the license plate number and state because of the parking situation. VRBO was down so I couldn't send them any messages through VRBO. However, because of their awesome communcation, one of their PDF's had a phone number to call. I called that number at 9pm at night and someone answered and was able to help me get the vehicle registered.
Outside of that, the condo was very easy to get into. The keyless entry was very smooth. Beautiful condo, spacious and centrally located downtown and a close walk/Uber to great restaurants around the area. Would stay in again if I'm in town because of the convenience. Thanks.
