The Oaklands is a stunning, spacious and luxurious home from home with 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 14 guests. Recently fully renovated, we aim to give you a boutique-hotel experience.

You can be sure of a luxurious stay from the minute you walk through the door. Every room has been uniquely designed and exudes a stylish wow factor.

The house has been designed to create a stylish and elegant atmosphere where you will experience luxury throughout. You will have the whole house to yourself, so you will only be staying with the people on your booking. We have paid every attention to detail, from the luxurious and comfortable orthopaedic mattresses to the sumptuous pillows, duvets and blackout curtains; all to ensure you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

We provide a state of the art, fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities you will require. Appliances include: gas hob, extractor fan, premium Nespresso coffee machine and aeroccino with a complimentary selection of coffee, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, condenser dryer, American style fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board. We also provide tea, hot chocolate and biscuits.

All the bedrooms have 32 inch 4K smart HDTVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime & Freeview Play and hairdryers. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and all towels and linen are provided and changed once a week for stays of over 7 days.

In the lounge, you can relax on our vast sofa whilst watching the massive 55 inch 4K smart HDTV with BT Sports HD, Virgin Entertainment, Amazon Prime, and Netflix. There is also a sofa bed if required. We provide super fast WiFi that extends throughout the house.

The dining area has a large, elegant table for 6 people that can double up as a workspace. The kitchen has a central island with bar stools so guests can relax and socialise in comfort whilst cooking.

Outside, you can relax and unwind in the newly landscaped, private and spacious garden. You can enjoy the tranquil surrounding and take in the view at the end of the day on the patio whilst socialising on the Rattan furniture.

Clean towels, fresh bed linen, ironing board, tea, coffee, white sugar, sweetener, and biscuits are provided.

The front drive can accommodate 3-4 vehicles (no height restrictions), with additional free on road parking.

At the end of the road is a One Stop supermarket, Opticians and a bar call ‘The Lodge’. Birmingham City Centre is only 20 minutes away where there is so much to choose from, from retail shopping to a range of restaurants. Whatever it is, you will find it here. Solihull town centre is only 13 minutes drive with the NEC, Resorts World & Birmingham International Airport a 20-minute drive away. The M42 & Jaguar Land Rover are 13 and 15 minutes away. Solihull hospital is a 14-minute drive away.

The Oaklands would be perfect for those looking to visit the Midlands with its wide range of attractions and surrounding historical towns and villages, including Stratford Upon Avon, The Cotswolds and Warwick.
