Mkt bra läge samt bra köksutrustning. Tyvärr hade vi tidskrävande strul vid incheckningen (våra nyckelkort/det elektroniska låset till dörren fungerade inte varför vi efter en hel del strul fick byta rum). Rummet var ok men trångt inkl ett väl litet badrum för en 3-bäddslägenhet, dessutom relativt slitet. Sängarna var kanon men tyvärr var det extremt lyhört ut i korridoren (när "grannar" kom hem sent/på natten kändes det som att de var inne i vår lägenhet).

Nice, clean, and friendly hotel
The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was quiet and clean, as were the bathroom and the bed linen. The kitchen facilities were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Night club not Hotel
We checked in on Saturday at 5pm The bedding were dirty and when we asked the reception they said it is a Saturday and they don't have housekeeping at weekends. They bring to us clean sheets and we fixed it by ourselves. The room was very noisy it was just a like night club not a hotel which is not pass for family with kids. Totally we will never stay or recommendation this hotel to anyone else.

A quick walk (less than 10 minutes) from the Arena but far enough away you don’t get the crowds and noise which is exactly what we wanted. Really friendly staff and room was clean and spacious!

The hotel as a whole was very nice and modern! Staff were happy to help and the place was very clean. My only issue was that the toilet didn’t flush very easily. We had to hold the button down for at least 30 seconds just for the toilet to start to flush - even then it was very slow and as someone with long nails it wasn’t the easiest of tasks! We only stayed for one night for the Olivia Rodrigo concert at the Utilita arena and that was only a 10 - 15 minute walk away so I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is having a short stay for a concert or short break!

The apartment style room was good, plenty of space. Staff on reception were friendly. Car park was very safe, very comfortable leaving my car there instead of the road.

An easy 10 minute walk from New Street and close to the Jewellery Quarter. Shame all the museums were closed while we were there. Great room facilities and very good customer service. Luggage storage available which was handy on the day we checked out.

Clean good facilities (dish washer fridge etc) all ideal for short stay. Car parking was safe and convenient and flexible departure time. Can be noisy especially as bed positioned by wall adjacent to corridor. .

Everything was perfect and beyond expectations. Plenty of space in the room and fully equipped with top-of-the-range equipment. TWO TVs, microwave, cooker, etc Shower was superb - hot and powerful. Normally I max temperature on a shower but I still had some way to go on this one! Small but excellently set out gym with a very well maintained (or perhaps newish) CONCEPT 2 rower (for those in the know, this is the absolute best available)! Parking was expensive at £17.50 for "24 hours" alrthough in reality this only meant until checkout but they were flexible on this AND even with this charge the room was amazing value for a city centre hotel of such quality and the car park did feel very safe and secure. EVERY member (without exception) of staff from receptionists to cleaners were friendly and extremely helpful. TBH hard to fault this hotel on anything.

I liked the cleanliness of the property, seemed secured. I had my reservations about communication in terms of slow response time and phone line available to reach reception.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. The location is perfect, with easy access to attractions and dining. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and comfortable experience. Five stars!

Had a friendly welcome to the hotel. I what's apped on two different occasions with no answer and the living room kitchen area was tiny compared to all the advertising photos...this needs to be changed as very misleading . The other 2 rooms were nice and we had a nice time at the markets
