“Nice clean rooms every time. The entire staff are friendly and mostly helpful. I asked to have my room serviced with towels and toiletries, but was never cleaned or freshened up, for five day stay. Parking was for the weekend too.”

“My stay was great! The room was very clean. The hotel is near to many choices for dinner, lunch and breakfast. The breakfast served at the hotel was very fresh,. Hot and cold choices. The hotel was far enough from the main road to be very quiet at night. Staff was courteous and helpful. ”

“I’m so upset because the room was dirty when I got there there was trash all in the cans the shower had used soap the refrigerator had food in it that wasn’t ours. I’m just very upset when I told them they just looked at me weird and said that’s what I paid for they couldn’t do anything. I’m so mad.”

“The room and staff were great. The breakfast was so-so, but not the main reason for choosing to stay there; it was the pool. The pool and hot tub were perfect in every way. The temperature, cleanliness, and size were above and beyond anything we have experienced in recent years.”

“Since the sky high sign outside said continental breakfast, we thought maybe we had misread the online information when the receptionist said it was just coffee… Since we are 75 and 77, climbing the stairs with suitcases was unexpected but doable. A note about the absence of an elevator would have been appreciated. I also expected conditioner in the shower as all previous Choice Hotels have included conditioner. It was significantly improved from our previous visit.”

“The only bad part is that there is one elevator and we still had to take a flight of stairs to our room because the elevator didn't go there.”

“I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how bad this place is. Outside looks fair I guess. I should have known when I first pulled in and there’s a bank teller windows inside the door with a locked door to the lobby. That should have been my first red flag. Took forever for someone to come to the windows to let me in. The lobby looked fine. Got my paperwork and key and went to my room. I was in 122 on the back side of the building on the first floor. Opened my door and walked in. First...

“The facility was nice. The pool was cloudy, but we still went in it. We were in it for about 5 mins and I stepped on something in the bottom of the pool it looked like some one had pooped in it. We got out immediately. When I went to the desk no one was there and I called down 2x no one answered. When I dropped my key off at check out no one was there either.”

“Hotel was very clean, including the stair rails which is important for those who prefer stairs over the elevator. The breakfast offerings and food quality was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The eggs were made fresh, English muffins were fresh and they had a larger variety of fruits and nuts for the oatmeal. The coffee was also excellent. Outstanding!”

“The room was not what I booked. I booked a room with 2 beds and a pull out sofa. There was no sofa in the room. Other than that the place was clean.”
