This historic 1905 cottage is a wonderful way to experience Bisbee and the charm of the turn of the century. Tastefully decorated with period pieces yet with all the comforts of modern life. This romantic getaway is located less than a mile from Historic Old Bisbee, just a walk away from restaurants and antique stores for you to enjoy. The house has several terraces with privacy gardens and breathtaking views. A peaceful, quite location for you to unwind, relax and appreciate a slower time.

This place more than exceeded my expectations. The kitchen and bathroom were updated. Everyone enjoyed the rain down shower, they were impressed how quickly the water became hot. The kitchen was excellent for making our meals. We didn't have to worry about utensils, appliances, pots and other essentials. We appreciated the cute coffee bar with tea, coffee and snacks. We loved how everything was labeled and kept in it's place. The sitting areas around the house were beautiful with spectacular views. It was very clean.

The home was very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable and we loved everything about it!! We could not think of anything that was missing. Great little park across the street for dog walking and a very secure fenced yard to let them run off-leash. We will definitely be back!

Scenic & Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay at the painted lady, it was very close driving distance to downtown Bisbee, as well as for day trips to surrounding areas like tombstone. House was clean & comfortable with a really cool outdoor area. Would recommend!

Loved this place!

I reserved this beautiful little house based on the wonderful reviews as I’m extremely obsessed with cleanliness. I was not disappointed. I would reserve “The Painted Lady” again just to spend time in this perfect little turn of the century gem. The house and decor are from the early 1900’s with all of the high end modern conveniences. The owners are absolutely the best and even left us a bottle of wine as a gift. I hated having to leave. Thank you for a wonderfully memorable family weekend.

Second Stay

Our family comes down to Bisbee every year for a vintage baseball tournament at Warren Ballpark and this is our second time staying at this property. We love it here. Super clean and orderly and allows my son to bring his small dog. The owners are very easy to work with and respond very quickly to messages. Great place!!

Birthday weekend in Bisbee!

This house was excellent! The outside patio and views were amazing and the host was very easy to communicate with. We were easily able to walk into downtown from the house and enjoyed the quite neighborhood.

Perfect in every way

First, the communication and detail given by the owners were exceptional. Before we arrived, we knew everything we needed to know, and the owner labeled everything in the house so you knew where everything was and where it needed to go when leaving. The house is a beautiful mix of historic Bisbee, matched with just enough modern upgrades for a comfortable stay. I will be returning to Bisbee for more adventures, and I won't look anywhere else for a place to stay!

Just the right balance of historical charm and modern convenience. Beautiful, well-appointed, sparkling clean, and very comfortable. Very close to downtown Bisbee but out of the chaos. We look forward to staying here again.

A lovely lady

The property is exactly as described and thoughtfully appointed. We couldn’t have asked for anything else. Being just slightly out of town made it very peaceful especially sitting out on the deck in the afternoon.The steps weren’t too bad and street parking was available. I wish we could have stayed another day.
