Come discover this beautiful 120 m² villa for 8 people!
Located between the ocean and the lake, it will allow you to perfectly enjoy our region, including surfing lessons or relaxing at the beach. The house features an entrance hall, a large living room (renovated in June 2025) with a sitting area with a television (no Wi-Fi, box available for rental), and a dining area, a renovated separate kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, and more.
As well as four fully renovated bedrooms: three bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). For your comfort, you will have two bathrooms including a washing machine and a separate toilet. (Fully renovated bathrooms)
Outside, you can enjoy a south-facing terrace to relax in the sun or a covered north-facing terrace to enjoy your meals. A barbecue, deckchairs, and an outdoor table are also available. A large garden surrounds the house and provides parking on the property. You can park upon arrival and, if you wish, explore everything on foot or by bike during your stay. This is perfect for enjoying the restaurants right on the beach, our bike paths, and other special places in our region.

It's up to you to build your program, according to your desires and your days. There is no doubt that the richness of the region, its natural environment and the diversity of possible activities will contribute to the success of your next vacation.

Great stay for families!

We had a great stay in Biscarrosse - the house is big enough for 8 adults but great for families with kids. All four rooms and one of the bathrooms were recently renovated, the rest visibly older but overall a good state of the house. We had a little issue with pine needles blocking a sewer from the outside, but the local agency responded immediatly, very friendly and professional in resolving the issue. It is located near the main road, but all in all a quiet area near the chateau d'eau. City center and beaches easily in walking distance (15-20 min with two kids). Closed area with nice terrase, new bbq, pine trees. Parking possibilities in a quiet impasse on the backside of the building. Would recommend the stay anytime.
