âGreat experience overall. I was in town for the annual Red Tie Gala for the Botham Jean Foundation and this was one of two hotel options. The other was Bay Gardens' resort hotel which is about .75 miles away but on the beach. The Bay Gardens Hotel is lower-priced than the resort, but the staff runs an hourly shuttle to the resort if you want to go to the beach. The advantage of the hotel over the resort is that you're close to shopping with a large grocery store, a KFC and more dining options....

Isolated on a very steep hill. I took a walk one day and the way uphill was cruel! But there are shuttles to city and beach everyday.
At my stay they were renovating the floor above me. Unfortunately. The noice was terrible. I needed to work and have some teams meeting, didnt work from ny room.
They will be finished and then possibly all nice again.â

A private area at the beach is really nice. There is also a gym with the most essential things. Ti Kaye is quite far from everything, but that is not a problem as you dont want to leave the Hotel. Would definitely rekommend staying here and would love to come back.â
âOur stay at Sugar Beach was excellent. At the beautiful location between the Pitons we were greeted by our friendly butler who had prepared a nice welcoming for me and my pregnant wife. âFantastiskt lage men ganska slitet hotel. Tyvarr kunde den kredit vi fick for spabehandlingar inte utnyttjas eftersom alla behandlingar var fullbokade redan nar vi anlande.

"Location location location! This resort is about 15 meter from beach, and the beach is really good! I had a room with w view towards the beach and I enjoyed it very much! The resort is within walking distance to the Rodney Bay center with supermarkets and malls. There is also shuttle service two times each hour to, and from, Bay Garden hotel, closer to center of Rodney Bay. The resort is also close to other restaurants in the area. The staff is very VERY friendly and provides service, always with a smile! All these are on the reosrts upside and If I return to St Lucia I will probably stay at the same resort.
But there are some things I would like to be improved: The small deli shop needs better opening hours and more selection of, for exemple, medications. There also are only one restaurant and for a all-inclusive resort, there should be more to choose from (even that you are entitled to go to the other Bay gardens hotels restaurants too). The food at this restauran (High tide) is very good, but I would have enjoyed more kinds of food to choose from.
BUT overall I liked the resort a lot! "
