Staff very helpful and friendly if you have any questions about the property. The balcony lakeside view of Lake Hamilton is breath taking at sunrise and sunset. The location is perfect and quiet. “I picked this hotel because of proximity to downtown. It was exactly as pictured. Everything was SPOTLESS. We stayed in a cottage. Kitchen had everything we needed. Its a very quiet hotel. Now parking is pretty tight for large trucks on the cottage side if the lot is full. We lucked out and went when it was slow.
