- Security Deposit: A security deposit of two hundred euros is required upon check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded within seven days of check-out, after a thorough inspection of the condition of the property.
- Smart and Efficient Check-in: Standard check-in is between three and eight pm. Free Online Check-in is included in your booking: by submitting your documents in advance, you will receive a digital link for independent access. If you would like the physical assistance of our staff for an in-person explanation of the house, a guided check-in costs twenty-seven euros. Check-out must be done by ten:30 am.
- Sustainable Energy Policy: The rate includes electricity consumption up to a maximum of one euro and seventy cents per day. This limit is more than sufficient for normal use of services. Any excess consumption will be billed separately at check-out via a direct reading of the energy meter.
- Waste Management and Kitchen Cleaning: Bitonto adopts door-to-door waste sorting. Failure to comply with the rules regarding waste sorting or abandonment will result in a fine of between thirty and one hundred euros. Furthermore, the kitchen (including dishes, glasses and stove) must be left clean and tidy, otherwise, a surcharge of between twenty and fifty euros will be applied.
- Prohibitions and Quiet: Smoking (including e-cigarettes and heaters) is strictly prohibited inside the house. Unregistered guests are not permitted and parties or events are prohibited. Absolute quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 6:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- Pet Guests: Pets are allowed only upon request and written authorization. A special sanitization fee of €10 per night applies.
