“Fint hotell med hög servicegrad. Mycket trevlig personal. Stort rum med fåtöljer och stor TV. Pentry med spisplattor, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. Enklare porslin för 4 personer. Mycket fräscht och myket rymliga och bekväma sängar. Bra Wifi.”

“First this is a weekend town. Sundays and Mondays it’s like the whole town and lake are asleep. Nothing is open. We stayed in 2 rooms at the chase house for 4 nights with waterfront balconies. The hotel is divided into four different buildings. The church landing building seemed to be the most ideal where you can actually enjoy the lake with the room you’re paying for. In the chase house, you are across the street. And the street during the day is LOUD! Trucks and motorcycles all day...

“Check in/ check out we’re very easy. The room was extremely clean. It was pretty quiet there also. Breakfast had a decent selection, if things ran out, someone refilled it quickly. It’s close to the highway too. I’d definitely stay here again.”

“This place is remarkable. My favorite details include : The grand staircase in the foyer, the design of old world charm in the rooms, the top notch amenities like kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in an infinity pool overlooking the lake. We saw a bald eagle and loons on the lake. Couldn’t have been a more perfect stay!”

“What a wonderful boutique hotel! The rooms are clean and many rooms have a mountain theme. Their lobby store is wonderful! So many cute things and all local to New Hampshire! The restaurant in the hotel is amazing. Highly recommend the Common Man!”

“Although everything was spicand span and good for a good night sleep it’s a pretty plebeian hotel. Our guest room had one very good thing and one not so good: on one hand the bathroom had been remodeled and it was a modern shower only bathroom so that was good; on the other hand that guestroom had a pretty small and underpowered air conditioner of unknown and probably lower quality brand. The coffee that was served in the lobby was pretty watery and below grade.”

“The property needs a refurbish. The bathroom was dirty. Under vanity used detritus, hair in bath tub and on shower walls and in corner behind door. Cups of liquid in refrigerator. Old waterbottles, dust, paper, qtips in space between head of bed and wall. Poor water pressure on the 1st day and worse the second day. Parking lot with broken cement and same on handicap walkway. Staff sarcastic when questioned price increase from $164. On Monday and $404.00.on Tuesday.”

“So...the place was okay for the price....until we got there...i know i dont expect an entire breakfast assortment but the breakfast was jimmy deans sandwiches everyday. Ehh i could live with that. But then the staff only came to take out garbage and change towels every other day. They didnt change sheets at all, and there is an envelope to tip them in the rooms...i should be tipping for exceptional service not for basic expectations..yea i knew i wasnt going to get the Hilton or Plaza hotel...
