âWe really loved this hotel. The road to get there was tricky (4-wheel drive is a must!). Small hotel which means a quiet and nice atmoshere. Very nice straff, good food. We rekommenderar it for shore!!!!â
âItâs a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. The pool is great, and there are hammocks beneath the coconut trees, perfect for unwinding. The air conditioning works well, though thereâs no refrigerator in the room. Still looking forward to trying the continental breakfast, but expectations are high.â
âWe loved our stay at SoulShine! The accommodations were perfect, the grounds and pool are beautiful, and the staff is amazing. The beach is a short walk away and is great for swimming and surfing, and the sand is so soft. We highly recommend Soul Shine and would definitely return.

Sue, one of the owners, was BEYOND helpful to us with the local area, transportation, food recommendations, and everything else you could possibly imagine! She helped us navigate many differences in land & cultures as this was our first time in Costa Rica. We would stay at this property over & over again!â

âA great hotel with a nice pool, beautiful garden and good food. Friendly and service minded staff. An extra plus for the large refrigerator in the room. Carillo beach is approx. 2 km from the hotel and is one of the nices and family friendly beaches we saw in CR. If you don't have your own car, the hotel has a complimentary shuttle to the beach every hour. The hotel also brings sun beds and a fresh water shower for the guests to use at the beach. The Wifi is free but very basic so the reception...
