“This is a great wee place to stay if you are stopping off or looking for some cheap and quick. The staff were amazing and super helpful. And offer use of the kitchen if I wanted to make some food. Honestly amazing! Also offered to make up a wee bag for breakfast as I was leaving early! I managed to get something before I left. Only thing I’ll say, the room could do a with a little TLC, the shower doors don’t close properly, the door handle is loose and the curtains need fixed slightly, but...

“Svårt att hitta hit med gammal GPS, men väl värt ett besök. Ligger idylliskt med vacker utsikt över Loch Ness.
Rent och snyggt med vänlig personal. Var beredda på att dela badrum med flera. I vår del var vi fyra rum som delade ett badrum. Det fungerar bra om alla visar respekt, vilket alla gjorde vid vår vistelse.
God och vällagad mat i restaurangen. Extra + för den lilla puben. Ingen Wi-fi på rummen, men gratis i allmänna utrymmena som restaurang och pub.”
“We had a wonderful stay in room King Charles. Mark was very accommodating and provided oatmilk and fresh fruit when we informed him we didn’t eat meat.
We used to outdoor jacuzzi, which is private for the room. An amazing experience with incredible views in the evening. It’s good to know that they charge you for using the jacuzzi though, 20 quid per day. Breakfast was decent enough, but not very versatile.

"Vi blev positivt överraskade. Bilderna gör inte hotellet rättvisa. Väldigt trevlig och välkomnande personal. Jättefint rum som var välstädat och kändes nästan nyrenoverat. Jättegod mat i restaurangen på kvällen, bra service och bra priser.
Enda negativa var att vi bara hade bokat en natt!"

"Don’t check in here unless you’re ready to deal with arrogance and zero accountability. Our first room had no heating – radiators didn’t work. Things break, fair enough, but the way we were treated by Cathlynn at reception was unacceptable.
At 7:30 PM we reported it. By 9:30 PM, still nothing had been done. We were handed a shabby blanket and a small heater. At 11 PM we were downgraded to a smaller, warmer room.
Next morning we were promised a 30% refund and an upgrade for our last night. What we got was the same category we originally booked – not an upgrade. Worse, the room hadn’t been cleaned: used coffee cups, wet towels, unmade bed – and our luggage was already moved in.
Again, met with “not my fault” attitudes. I repeatedly asked to speak to the manager – apparently never there, even though we saw him during breakfast.
Hotels.com was no help either. Claimed they couldn’t reach the hotel – I called myself and got through instantly. Staff kept apologizing but never followed up as promised.
This hotel needs someone responsible at the wheel. Until then, stay elsewhere."
"Surprisingly good value for money. Very well located near the nighlife. Good if the price is right.
The continental breakfast was kind of miserable. We did not have time for full Scottish. The coffee was not drinkable. Coffee is a disaster in the whole of UK, here it was just slightly worse."
