Fastighet med 5 sovrum, 4 1/2 badrum, spelrum med nöjesområde, Nascar sit-in-racingmaskiner, anpassat biljardbord, shuffleboard, arkad golf och dart, air hockey och mycket mer! Huvudrummet har en stor öppen spis och bekväma sittplatser. Gourmetköket har ö, köksredskap och mycket mer. Trägolv i hela, 4 fulla bad och en halv bad. Allt detta och mer beläget på 120 privata tunnland med tjockt trädbevuxna skogsmarker och grödor. En perfekt plats för det privata bröllopet, årsdagen, familjeåterförening eller firande av något slag!
Detta hus har upprättats för att rymma 12 gäster med plats att spara. Allt du behöver för en avkopplande och privat semester är här! Beläget i vackra Black River Falls och bara några minuter från staden.
Hemmet har många funktioner för att göra din vistelse bekväm, som is och vatten dispenser sida vid sida kyl / frys, fullt utrustade öppet koncept kök med utsikt över hela nedre nivån och baksidan hälften av gården. Stor öppen spis och storskärms-TV i vardagsrummet, wifi, DVD-spelare, kökö med extra sittplatser för gruppsamlingar, två däck med eldgropar, rökare och grill. Varje sovrum har premium queen-madrasser klädd i lyxiga sängkläder och täcken. Befälhavaren sviten har en king size-säng, jacuzzi badkar, duschkabin och dubbla handfat.
Denna privata inställning är en del av en 120 hektar stor egendom bara några minuter från centrum. Snöskoterspårstillträde ligger intill fastigheten med många spår för promenader, ridning och utforska. ATV-spår är bara några minuter bort (måste släputrustning) och hemmet har en extra stor uppfart för släpvagnar och leksaksdrivare. Fastigheten är stor nog för att rymma ett händelsetält med elförsörjning. Det finns flera främsta områden för en bröllopsceremoni på fält, skogsområden eller på framsidan av fastigheten. Lägenhet ovanför garaget är en separat och ingår inte i husuthyrningen. Värd använder lägenhet som enstaka kraschplatta och kontor.

Dripped on Wedding Weekend

We were here for our daughter's wedding nearby. A luxury home was not our experience. The house was okay but when we had to worry about it because of normal inclement weather, it became a problem. We informed the host of the water problem and she said she already knew about it and was getting it fixed. She did not provide an apology, offer to help us nor ask how to make it up to us. In reality, she could have warned us it was a problem knowing rain was imminent. Another biggie, there were ONLY SIX bedrooms. Positives:Coffee bar with all supplies providedComfy cozy living roomSpaciousSome games to play in basementPatio seatingGrand primary bedroom on main floorClose to the wedding venueGood parkingNegatives:Did not recieve a welcome letter with pass code to get in. Lots of non-working light switches.Low lighting in almost every room.Light switches in bathrooms were over sink making it difficult for elderly parents. Not one mirror/vanity was bright enough to do makeup. Not a single full length mirror.Outdated information given about appliances and house in general.Water leaking from vents in at least 2 bathrooms. We had to put out buckets and worry about it the night before the wedding. She knew about the problem and didn't warn us!Basement under construction: Unfinished and partially open wall, wine cellar dump, plywood. Basement french door that wouldn't stay closed because of poor framing, nor would you know how to lock it because it is not logical.

Nice stay

We recently stayed at this property for a short getaway. The home was clean, and the location worked well for our needs. The space had a unique layout and was generally comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt, and the check-in process was smooth. There are quite a few house rules and signage throughout the home that guests should be aware of ahead of time—it’s clear the host takes care to maintain the property. Overall, we had a nice stay and appreciated having a place to relax during our trip.

Annual cousins weekend

This house and its accomdations were above our expections. The property is beautiful and its out in the country so you dont have to worry about having too much fun. The property manager was wonderful and always got back to me if i had any questions within a short period of time. I highly recommend this place.

The place was fine, but we received a pretty aggressive message from the host beforehand listing many rules and consequences of stealing or breaking items. And then when we got there, a number of items were already broken which felt quite inhospitable, especially given the message. All in all it was fine, and worked for our family but the accommodations weren't as welcoming as we had hoped.

Comfortable inspiring setting

This home welcomed us to relax, enjoy each others' company and catch up on lives as we were surrounded by nature's beauty! The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and stellar for our meager meals and appetizers! Order and cleanliness abounded! The host had small "extras" that made our visit comfortable, e.g. cotton balls and q-tips, coffee and tea, board games and a game room! Especially appreciated the safety features, like a fire blanket and extinguishers. We enjoyed our stay and plan on a return visit!

Family Reunion

Beautiful secluded space

The house was beautiful. The rooms were all large and spacious. The downstairs area was an amazing surprise, with something for everyone. The view from the patio and upper deck were perfect for morning coffee and breakfast, and great for evening sitting and conversation. Overall the house was fantastic!

Dishwasher Blues

Our group of five couples rented this property from Oct 20-23. The house was perfect for our group as it had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate us. The downstairs area and bar area were perfect for our group. The yard was perfect for our annual croquet match. The only real issue we had was the dishwasher. It was very dated (this was later confirmed given that a part that was needed was no longer available). The first two loads ran well. The last night we attempted to run the dishwasher but it would not latch. We eventually got it to stay and ran the dishwasher. The dishwasher was empty when we left. We hand washed them before we left as we didn't have many dishes. We thought it was best to inform Beth, the owner, about this so she could take a look at it. She blamed us for breaking the dishwasher and were billed $250. She also accused us of using or taking too many dishwasher pods. The pods were in a pint size jar. We didn't count the number of pods prior to staying (i would recommend you do this). We certainly did not put more pods in the dishwasher than one and we did not steal any. Following is a description of the aged dishwasher: The front panel was missing a button or the pad was worn through. The bottom of the dishwasher did not have the filter cover. There was just an open hole. We were accused of pushing/slamming it back four inches. We had a picture of the dishwasher just prior to leaving and it was not recessed four inches. In addition, the dishwasher was not secured into the open spot. It could be moved back/forth/sideways. We were then notified that the dishwasher needed to be replaced. We asked for a copy of the estimate as we knew we had not broken anything out of our lack of normal care. She informed us she had no estimate. We asked for pictures and the pictures she sent did not show what she accused us of breaking. We feel that charging us for the fix/replacement of an aged dishwasher was unfair given its age. At some point that dishwasher was was going to fail and we were the unlucky victims. The property is a 5. The house is a 3/4 only because it is extremely dated. Our recommendation is that if you stay at this property, and we would recommend it, take inventory of what is there, if something breaks (it will likely happen) don't leave until you have met with Beth and take a lot of pictures!!!!
