“The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!”

“The hotel was very clean and staff was helpful. The room was fancier than expected. Ew restaurant are opening around it so there are more food options. My only thing is that the breakfast selection was limited.”

“The woman I encountered when I first arrived was very rude. I was about 45 minutes early for check-in. No one was at the desk but I could hear someone behind the wall talking. She walked out, said can I help you. I told her I was a bit early for check-in and she told me that I had to wait because I had a king room. Waiting was fine but when I went to ask her where I could go nearby for food she cut me off and told me I could sit in the lobby. The lifeguard was very nice as were the cleaning...

“This is clearly not 'Hilton standard' property. The building appears run down and old. Elevators and lobby generally didn't appear clean. When first reached room it was unlocked. Washroom is below average. Parking in the property is expensive. I do not recommend!!”

“The hotel smelled of air fresheners and the pool was nearly the size of a hot tub. The location was good, but the parking situation was pay by the day. The hard-surface flooring in the room helped increase our liking of the hotel; the strong air freshener smell was a negative, especially for people sensitive to it.”

“This hotel was way more than I expected it to be. The room was comfortable. The staff was helpful with what we needed. It was in a great location l. Everything you needed was less than a ten minute drive away. If I would give a con about the place would be that the water pressure was low and the water could have been hotter otherwise it was a great stay.”

“For the most part, the property was clean and easy check-in and was able to get in earlier than the check-in time. The only problem was that the bathtub was clogged and if they cleaned it, they would have known, so they just closed it with the topper and it was dosgusting when trying to take a shower because it would fill up.”
