The owner appears quite pleasant on arrival however the room I had was so cold, which l established on the first night not good after travelling over 90 miles to get there. The coldness caused greater tiredness and pain as l don’t do cold to the bone.Explained this to the owner who stated was unaware of the problem.Had tried to phone the double glazing firm. Was not offered another room despite the inconvenience!!!! Would not suggest this B&B although advised as hotel? to a single woman,or anyone whom likes home comforts, very basic with microwave serving portions of food,such a disappointment for me anyway.However it depends on your standards!

Robin, the owner very helpful and polite, lovely English breakfast which was free and cereals if you wanted it, the room was a good size but did need a lick of paint , very good location for event's at the Winter Gardens as well , 1 minute walk away.

Fantastic hotel for the price, landlady was so welcoming and friendly and breakfast was first class. Would highly recommend this hotel and I’d happily pay more to stay here.

Brilliant stay
Ann is warm and welcoming, and serves a tasty breakfast using good quality produce. The location is perfect for the station, tower, shops and nightlife.

Lovely place to stay for the weekend. Ann was so friendly and kind. The room and en-suite were spotless and we felt COVID safe throughout. Breakfast was good and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Home from Home
We have had a lovely 2 night stay here. The host couldn't be more inviting. Family room was just the right size for us. 2 adults and 1 child with an en suite shower room. Beds are really comfortable, quite firm with 2 pillows, and had 2 good night's sleep. Breakfast served from 08:30. This was lovely, hot and fresh. We all had the full English. Toast and jams, fresh coffee and tea. The host knows what she is doing and does this very good. Nothing is a bother to her and she clearly loves what she does. Will definitely return here when we go to Blackpool.

I like the property it was very homely but i was abit shocked when i approached the hotel owner to ask for a top up of tea and coffee they said i cant keep doing this

Friendly and central B&B
This is a lovely guest house. Clean, tidy, and very central to all the Blackpool attractions. Breakfast was lovely, and Ann was so accommodating with our 1-year-old. Would definitely recommend.

Well positioned good value venue.

Accommodation in Blackpool
Good breakfast provided. Room is clean and cleaned every day. Clean towels provided daily unless you opt out. Very convenient to town and many areas. It may not look the best of ideals due to the exterior, but the accommodation within has much more than provided for comfort and basic needs. A room heater is also added to room for cold days. TV as well.
