“The place was immaculately clean, organized and had a really functional floor plan. The layout and radiant heat made it extremely comfortable. The kitchen was super nice and had everything needed. The property was close to town but in the woods and private. And the price made it an excellent value. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again.”

“We loved the location for exploring around golden for a couple days with the kids. It is in close proximity to the wolf sanctuary, the golden skybridge and for exploring downtown golden. Although it wasn’t open, going up the gondola to the eagle eye restaurant is highly recommended should you get a chance.”

“We had an amazing stay at the Lazy Elk! My only complaint is that I never saw an elk :), but the cabin was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family.
