Mountain nightmare
Upon arrival to this property our family was greeted with a downed tree blocking the driveway! Our van couldn’t make it up the driveway with the tree blocking so we had to literally use our saw and cut it down to go any further into the property. Once we made it inside we were greeted with a dirty rental. There were dead bugs and alive bugs all over the house. In the master bedroom wasps have infested the inside of the window. We brought our new born baby on the trip with us, we spend the entire night worried our baby would get stung by wasps. Once we got settled in and got dinner started, I began searching for dish/hand towels. When checking under the sink I found a major water leak, I did not, however find any towels or paper towels or toilet paper..we were on top of a mountain with no service no supplies and a water leak. So we loaded the family back in the car (after traveling from Florida) to go get toilet paper. While in town I was FINALLY able to reach someone from Vacasa. The lady insured me that the maintenance guy would be there first thing in the morning and our trip wouldn’t be interrupted. She was wrong. We spend the 1 one whole day of vacation waiting for their maintenance man to show up. When he finally did show up he realized that sink was installed wrong. By 3:30 he was finally done. If you think this property gave us a refund your wrong. This was hands down the worst stay ever! Stay away from this horrible property and property management company!!!!
