The hot tub was not clean and smelled but once we reported it the local service came that day and cleaned it. We did have a broken lamp they did not fix or replace. But overall the place was clean, very comfortable, and we really enjoyed sitting on the back deck early morning and evening. Our dog was happy and enjoyed going for walks in the area,
