I explained to the operator with Hilton and she offered me to change to another one of their hotels at my expense or keep what I had since I booked through a third party. The bed was broken; small black bugs crawling all over the floor and walls in the bathroom; mold and mildew all in bathroom ”

“Perfect location, right off the highway. Breakfast was hot and ready daily. Clean rooms and clean hotel. Free parking. Staff super attentive and friendly.”

“Dirty, garbage all over the floor in sacks and plastic bags. Definitely not a 3 star hotel.”

“The AC didn’t work. The room and hotel itself was filthy. The front desk staff was gone for 30 minutes when we tried to first check in. There was another guest there and we had already been waiting 10 minutes. We left and searched for another room. Unfortunately everything booked. Came back and that same guest said she waited 20 minutes and no one came so she left as well but had to come back. Wingate was the worst stay I’ve ever had and I will never stay there again! ”

“Air Conditioner was great, clean room and hotel and a nice staff. The hotel is in need of a major update. Rooms were very clean but as i stated it needs to be updated.”

“Easy check in, they sent a code for the front door and then we found our room with key in room door lock. Area was quiet and nice patio area. Snacks were accessible throughout common areas. Bedding was super comfortable. Would stay here again.”

“the staff was so friendly the first room we got bed was unmade and no shower curtain the staff did a good job at getting a new room and it was nice the elevators were not very clean but the lobby and room were clean ”

“The AC, fridge, and microwave all worked as they should. The bed was comfortable. The DISH TV channel selection was skimpy and the image was grainy for reasons unknown. I alerted the desk staff to the problem to no avail. No coffee in the room, but the lobby has it. Bring your own shampoo.”
