“We had a ladies retreat from our church. The house was perfect for our group. Lots of room and the beds were comfortable! Absolutely the best communication with the owner. “The house was very clean, and cozy. The description does however need to be updated. The pool is not a block away, its a 14-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive, the beach, play area and dock are about 3 blocks away. Renters deserve to have the correct information when spending money to go on vacation. It was a great stay. The Beach and dock are wonderful!”

“Really liked this place. Wanted to get away for a few days so we rented this property because of the proximity to the lake. We decided to bring our boat down and thankfully the marina down the road allowed us easy access to the lake. Got some good fishing in. The house was clean and looked well taken care of. Nothing to complain about in the slightest. Just an a great trip overall!”

“My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property with out two small dogs. Fully fenced (next door neighbors who live there have two large but friendly dogs that run the fence line). The pool was still being installed and workers showed up during our stay but they were there just a few hours each day and very polite. We only stayed in the master bedroom but the mattress was very comfortable! I caught a nice size Blue Catfish right off the bulkhead so was great to get that action while...

“The master bed was very comfy….with nice view of the water. we enjoyed our stay and Stephen was the greatest! He even let us check out late because of a huge storm going on. The house has lots of games and entertainment even if the weather takes a turn…..we didn’t cook because town was so close— the country cottage was amazing place for breakfast and we went to blue duck for dinner….just burgers and beer…..nice weekend out of the city!!”

“Unfortunately, due to cloudy water in the house, we felt uncomfortable and left early. The host apologized but chose not to compensate us for this unexpected yet unacceptable water condition. We enjoyed the time with our family but felt that we were not treated fairly since we had to leave early due to our water safety concerns. Pros: Comfortable mattresses, beautiful artwork, spacious rooms (all), great patio deck. Cons: No hand soap provided in bathroom or kitchen, very dirty air filter...
