The 35-square-meter "Cozy" studio apartment in Blankenburg (Harz) is a modern, new apartment with an open floor plan and state-of-the-art furnishings in a quiet location. A very warm atmosphere has been created with great attention to detail. “Cozy” combines modern design with a cozy, warm decor.
A special feature of the apartment is the private parking spot right in front of the entrance, as well as the spacious 40-square-meter private terrace.

The “Cozy” Studio Apartment in Blankenburg in the Harz Mountains is extremely centrally located, situated between Wernigerode and Quedlinburg/Thale, making all excursions and destinations in the Harz easily accessible.
The Teufelsmauer and Regenstein Castle, as well as the palace and its gardens, are particularly close by and easily accessible on foot. Likewise, the Rappbode Dam and all its attractions—such as the famous suspension bridge—are just a 15-minute drive away. Thanks to its location, it’s also easy to plan a trip to the Brocken or a ride on the Harz Narrow-Gauge Railroad.

ABOUT “Cozy”:

Living Area:

The living area is equipped with a cozy, new sleeper sofa. Both ends fold out effortlessly, creating a large sleeping surface. You can also watch regular channels in Full HD on the 45-inch 4K smart TV or stream Netflix for free using the guest account. The TV can be tilted all the way toward either the sofa or the bed. So all you have to do is decide whether you want to watch from the bed or the sofa.
The studio apartment has windows in every room, so it’s always bright and cheerful during the day and can be easily and effectively ventilated. Each window is equipped with blackout, privacy-screening pleated blinds.
The windows are all new and provide good soundproofing and insulation for a peaceful night’s sleep.
You’ll also have plenty of space to store all your belongings in the spacious dresser and closet.

Sleeping Area:

Experience comfort and coziness in the sleeping area of the “Cozy” apartment.
It features a large box-spring bed (1.8 m x 2 m). It comes with new mattresses in various firmness levels. Plenty of pillows and warm blankets ensure the necessary coziness.
The closet and the spacious dresser offer plenty of room to neatly store all your belongings.
You can even watch TV from the bed, so nothing stands in the way of waking up relaxed in the morning or winding down in the evening.
There’s also enough space to place a baby crib in front of the bed.
The bedside lamps provide soft lighting perfect for reading.

Dining area:

You can enjoy a quiet breakfast in the morning or have a glass of wine in the evening while looking out onto the patio in the inviting seating area with three chairs. A bottle of wine and sparkling wine, along with glasses, is always provided free of charge.

Kitchen:

Here in the “Cozy” apartment, you’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and indirect lighting. It is equipped with all the essential utensils you need for cooking. Also worth mentioning are the new knives, which are always sharp.
The kitchen features a large refrigerator with an extra freezer compartment and a microwave.
A coffee maker with various types of coffee and tea is also available free of charge.

Bathroom:

“Cozy” features a new, modern, and clean bathroom with a rain shower and a built-in mirror. It has plenty of storage space to keep everything organized. The radiator ensures that your towels are always nice and warm and dry.
In addition, a full-length mirror, a hair dryer, and Nivea shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion are always provided.

Outdoor area:

The entrance is accessible directly from outside via a lighted path. This entrance is exclusively for the apartment. The parking space is right in front of the entrance, making it easy to bring in groceries or luggage.
A special feature is the private, spacious 40-square-meter terrace. The lights can be turned on and dimmed from inside the apartment to create a cozy atmosphere. “Cozy,” as they say :)
