“The hotel is great! Staff are helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff are impeccable! Kudos to management because they run a well oiled machine. The food is amazing. My compliments to the chef! The only thing we didn’t care for were the glass walls around the bathroom. Even with traveling with my husband, I’d still like a little privacy in the bathroom. It made our 2 night stay a little uncomfortable. Zero privacy using the toilet. Everything else was wonderful!! ”

“Hotel was great overall. One negative was our room was above some sort of event space and had incredibly loud music until 1am. No warning of this and could hear every word of the songs and the folk singing - couldn’t keep my four year old asleep, I’m seven months pregnant and my mother in law was with us. Surprised we were given a room above such a racket. Didn’t complain to reception as not their fault but if was booking again would definitely check if any events on first. ”

“The room was very cold when we arrived, so we tried turning on the heating, which was off, but that only made the room colder. We endured for two days, then had to tell someone at reception. We were told someone would check the heating while we were out and, if they couldn’t fix it, we would get a portable heater and our room would be nice and warm when we returned. It was not. ”

“Very swanky, nicely equipped, good staff. Our only complaint was that the bed wasn't very comfy and didn't match the quality of the hotel which was otherwise stellar. Free breakfast was decent with the option to order made to order breakfast for a charge if you wanted.”
