“Väldigt trevligt hotell, småskaligt och fin service. Vi var helt ensamma på hotellet när vi bodde där (lågsäsong) och fick väldigt fint omhändertagande. Ligger precis vid floden, antagligen fantastiskt på sommaren. Vi (en familj på fyra) var där i februari, vackert då också.”

The location is an easy drive to any winery and walkable to downtown Guerneville for food and drink; be sure to hit up the local bank turned into an ice cream shop! ”

“Check in was so easy. They texted to say what room and you can just go straight to your room. The staff was so nice and helpful. The whole place was great. I was so sad I was just staying one night. I am already trying to plan another trip so I can stay longer. ”

“Besvikelse. Bokade deluxrum och det var långt under förväntan. Mycket nedgånget och dåligt yttre underhåll. Internet fungerade inte i vårt rum. Fick nyckel till ett annat rum dit vi kunde gå för att få kontakt. Ingen reception. Fick ringa på klocka om vi ville ha hjälp. De hörde inte alltid.”

“Very pleased with our 2 night stay. Very comfortable room with a lovely view of Bodega Bay. Housekeeping staff were very attentive. The pool, hot tub and sauna are a huge plus. As others have mentioned, the continental breakfast is basic but does the trick. Would be nice if they offered just muffins, boiled eggs and coffee and tea in the main office rather than a whole sit down affair across the highway. Other than that, very pleased and will return.”

“Supermysigt hotell som ligger avsides utanför närmsta by. Dock finns en lokal pub i närheten med helt okej mat. Hela landskapet med stora Redwood-träd utanför dörren gör det helt klart värt en vistelse till detta hotell. Samt att få göra S´morse på kvällen höjde betyget ytterligare. Frukosten har helt okej. Själva stugan hade enbart en värmefläkt (som kunde låta lite nattetid) och ingen AC. Då det var hyfsat kyligt nattetid när vi var där så behövdes heller ingen AC.”

“We love it up here. A true gem by the Russian River. This was our second stay up here and the staff and property are amazing. Spacious cabins, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and overall decor. The pool is such a treat, especially for the kids. And Javier, the property manager has been so accommodating and helpful during both our stays. Of course, super close to the beaches so a really convenient location. We plan to make this our regular summer getaway spot! ”

“Our stay at Surrey was delightful! We were welcomed warmly and immediately felt comfortable and cared for. Bailey arranged for us to switch tents graciously and with ease. Oli was especially kind and treated us to a delicious peanut butter cookie from the cafe. She later brought us a sample of an appetizer from a recipe that she was trying and it was such a treat! We luxuriated in the hot tub and enjoyed a fire in our fire pit. I would definitely recommend a stay here.”

“Loved everything about this resort. I only wish it had been a bit warmer so we could have enjoyed the fire pit overlooking the ocean. Our room was cozy and warmed by a stove fireplace and had a beautiful view of the ocean. We were greeted with delicious cookies and a free glass of wine. More delicious bakery treats were available in the morning with coffee. I highly recommend a stay at this resort.”

“Loved this property. Rooms are quaint. Service is impeccable. Suzanne was a dream & the breakfast each morning is some of the best I’ve ever had. Will definitely come back!”
