“Really liked the location and set up. The room was clean with a nice sized bathroom. If you call up the hotel before check in they will pick you up from the ferry.”

“Newly renovated property in Old Harbor directly off the ferry. Room was very comfortable and modern with A/C. Full bar and restaurant directly below the rooms. We would stay again in a heartbeat.”

“I got to the room at 10 pm and it had never been serviced. Bathroom towels on the floor, bed sheets all over the place. But this is not a hotel, really, but a room in some building far away from where you check in. I cancelled the second night and nobody has every called back, or apologized, or credited me with this horrible experience.”

“made a reservation at Beach House. Not aware that meant you could stay anywhere. altho modern, the Gothic, was very very small. Disappointing to arrive and then get sent down the street. the phone number to the Beach House NEVER answered and i called 17 times before our visit.”
