“Disapointed by this hotel and not worth the price...we were 4 people, there was not enough towels so we ended up having to share towels. Same for the pool area, no towels available. We were here on a sunday so it might explain they had not received delivery of linens. Still, no help from the staff.
Very limited and expensive options to eat there as there, so we ended up going out. Overall, this is not a NOVOTEL standard and the 4 stars are not justified. Breakfast was nice but that's about it.”
