Beautiful Property and Location!
Wonderful stay, with great host communication. I booked this property more than 2 years ago for the Eclipse- and it was such a perfect location. Everything was very clean, and we appreciated the extras! Would highly recommend!

One night stay
Needed a spot for the night while visiting our daughter at IU. Really nice stay. Very clean, nicely decorated, beds and pillows we’re comfortable, very quiet. Very affordable compared to getting a hotel Room or rooms in Bloomington for 6 people. Very happy with our stay.

Golf course condo stay.
The condo was lovely. Everything was as described. The host communicated quickly and anticipated what i may ask. The welcome book had all the info. I may need. The scenery was great and there was lots of space to get out and walk. The weather was frigid and i didnt get out much but i hope to return when the weather is warmer.

IU weekend
We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Colleen was very helpful and quick to respond. The setting was beautiful in October with great places to walk. The condo was furnished nicely with plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, and even some “goodies” from the host. We hope to return next fall.

Good location for a get-away
This place is surrounded by a golf course and the clubhouse has a nice restaurant. Lake Monroe and hiking trails are nearby. It is 25 minutes to IU and downtown Bloomington or head into Nashville for Fall shopping, about 40 minutes away!

Nice little condo
We enjoyed our quick getaway to lake Monroe. The condo was clean and perfect for our growing family. The kids enjoyed the pool that they were the only ones at and seeing the deer. Loved how close it was to the Fairfax beach. The owner left nice snacks and a bottle of wine for us. We also were glad there were some kid games too!

Cute place in great locale for boating and golf
Very comfortable stay for a 3-day getaway. Loved being on the golf course and minutes from the Marina. Nice touch with extras provided - bottle of wine, snack bars, popcorn, and waters. Master bed was very comfortable, the shower is very small, so bigger folks might want to use 2nd bath. Awkward stairs to carry things up to the unit but overall we had a great stay and will definitely come back in the fall for another couple of days of golf before winter sets in. Host was excellent and quick to respond.

Great location and super cute condo
Great safe location. Gated community. Condo was perfect for our mini getaway. Clean, all the amenities, and so much already provided at the condo. Nicely decorated. Close to the lake, on the golf course, and easy to find.

Amazing Getaway
The condo was clean and contained anything anyone could need for comfort and convenience. It was super quiet. We went to the pool twice and were the only ones there both times. A perfect getaway for a girls' weekend!

Beautiful condo
This was the perfect place to get away and do some writing. Very comfortable and the host was available to communicate very quickly. The weather was cold and snowy so I didn't get to the lake, but I hope to come back sometime with my family when it's warmer.

Nice Getaway
My husband and our 3 boys stayed here for a short getaway over spring break. It was a very nice condo. Clean and very accommodating. There were snacks, coffee and tea left out for us. Our boys really appreciated the granola bars😁. There was even small plastic dinnerware for the kids. It’s about 30 minutes from Brown County State Park and about an hour from Indianapolis. We were able to get some hiking in as well as some time in Indy. The host, Colleen, I was very considerate to check on us throughout our stay. All in all, a nice place with a great host!

Lovely condo
The condo was absolutely perfect. The beds were cozy, the furniture was comfortable, the hosts attended to all the little details. There was plenty of space for the four of us; couple of patios to sit outside and sip coffee; directions to everything. When you drive up, the outside of the building isn’t much to look at honestly. It’s not awful, but it might make you think the inside of the condo is run down. It’s not! the inside is renovated and looks great. I would definitely stay at this location again. Highly recommend.

Great Place for a Bloomington Visit
We had a great stay at this property. It was clean, well appointed, and had all the basic supplies one might need for a short stay. It’s a great spot if you want to be a bit further away from the center, but still just a short drive to campus and town.

Very clean
The king bed had an extremely firm mattress and the whole unit smelled like cigarettes. We were able to air it out, but we’re disappointed it smelled liked smoke as it’s a non smoking rental. The master bedroom roku didn’t work. It was outdated and wouldn’t get apps to load on the tv to watch anything. They gave complimentary wine and Gatorade, which was appteciated. The management had regular contact and were able to answer questions.

Best stay in Bloomington
We came to town to spend some time as a family with our IU student. The property was stunning, clean and met all our needs. It’s just far enough away from campus to allow our student to feel they were getting away yet close enough to allow us to spend time in downtown Bloomington. Our host was so gracious- we cannot wait to come back !

Super Cute Condo
Comfortable and quiet and a 20 minute drive to town and any place we wanted to go. Enjoyed dinners at C3 Bar, Southern Stone, Farmbloomington and Uptown Cafe. Climbed to the top of the Fire Tower, learned a thing or two at the Monroe Country History Museum, walked the B-Line Trail and got last minute tickets to a IU Basketball Game on Stubhub! The only note I would add is that you have to walk up to the 2nd story condo, not a big deal for us, but I could see it being a problem if we had our parents with us. Hope to be back to enjoy the water!

We had a great stay! The host had wine out for us and other treats upon arrival. The host contacted us to make sure all went well getting into the condo. The condo was clean with plenty of supplies in the kitchen . We enjoyed our walks and watching the deer. We went into Nashville and Bloomington.

Clean and inviting condo close to Lake Monroe and a short drive to downtown Bloomington. The kids had a great time at the pool and exploring Eagle Point. We would stay there again on our next trip to Bloomington!
