Great location and great fun!
A great destination if you are looking to get away from it all. The lake is picturesque and the neighbors were all very friendly. The house is beautiful, well maintained, stocked and clean. We all had an amazing time biking, kayaking, fishing, stargazing, watching the fireflies, and sitting around the fire pit. The only regret we have is we couldn't stay longer. 5 stars

Relaxation At Its Best
A wonderful and relaxing time had by all!! This was our 2nd time staying here and once again it did not disappoint! So nice and quiet; had a great time on the lake and enjoyed some campfires. Everything you need is included!! Great communication from the owner. Highly recommend!!

Cozy Cabin for a Wedding
The cabin worked out great for us. We had a wedding near by and this was the perfect place to stay. After we put our toddler to bed we were able to enjoy the deck and look at the lake. The cabin is more spacious than it appears online. The layout of the kitchen was great with the island. The weather was a little chilly so we didn’t kayak but the lake looked peaceful so I would have loved to get out there. My son loved the ladder toss in the shed! Thanks! Kate

Would go again.
Nice place to stay. Great place to fish with the kids. The fish bite within seconds. House is cozy and comfortable. Bring groceries or be prepared to drive around 1/2 to get the goods. :)

Visiting Family in Pennsylvania
We traveled to Pennsylvania with our 3 teenage daughters to visit family for spring break. This was a perfect location for us to stay. The lake and surrounding area were so beautiful and peaceful. The cabin is small and cozy but has many locations to just hangout and enjoy being together. We had some family members over for a bbq one of the days and it was a perfect location for the children of all ages to play together and adults hangout on the great deck area to catch up. We even got our daughters to put down their phones and play some of the games with us in the den. Adorable stay, everything was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Cozy and quiet
Our family of four had a great long weekend in this cozy and quiet cabin. The cabin was very clean and had everything we could need. We enjoyed how quiet it was and had a great time fishing and kayaking. The previous reviewer who said that pictures don’t do justice to just how cute and cozy the cabin is was correct. Communication was clear and easy and we highly recommend this getaway spot. We hope to return and thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Getaway
Could not have asked for more. From the booking process through to checking out the owners were attentive and helpful. The cabin was actually better than advertised and was the rare instance these days of “it’s actually much nicer than the pictures online!” Perfect secluded location to spend our first day relaxing and reading and fishing and just generally enjoying the quiet as well as spending our second day at Knoebel’s. The cabin was spotless when we arrived and there was a lovely gift waiting for us on the kitchen table (thanks!). Perfect accommodations for a family of four. Can’t recommend this property enough, especially for a Knoebel’s visit. Just about 30 minutes away on some beautiful back roads.

Majestic fall views!
Scenic cabin with the necessities on a spectacular lake surrounded by calming fall trees at their peak. Great weekend to walk by the lake and drive around the mountains. College age "kids" and I hit nearby Knoebels and Bloomsburg Covered Bridge Festival! Enjoyed fire pit and good company. Thank you, Scott

Cabin Time with the cousins
We loved our stay at Scott's place! We swam across the lake, kayaked & fished. Had S'mores over the fire. We spent a day at Knoebels. Everything we needed was available in the cabin. Loads of warm quilts & plenty of towels for swimming & showering. We ate an excellent dinner at Sally Pursell's (check it out!) We had a lovely experience at the cabin!

Summer AC upgrade needed
Just friendly reminder if you plan on staying in summer months and expect AC be advised there is one small window unit and a console unit upstairs right next to bed. The console unit is very very load. Neither units cool there A frame in hot weather. If you don’t require cold AC you may be ok. The refrigerator and freezer were packed with foods including left over containers which is not a safe option. I have rented 21 homes over the years this one may be good for family or friends.

Awesome place to recharge your batteries
We didn't expect too much since we kind of late-booked the cabin but it really turned to be an amazing choice. The cabin is pretty isolated and it's located very close to a private lake where you can fish, swim or, what we really enjoyed, to use the 2 kayaks from the shed. The host was very helpful by responding very quickly to our questions. The gift left for us was very appreciated. Definitely on our list of favorite places where we want to return.

Such a Wonderful Quiet Getaway
We had a wonderful time at the cottage. It was New Year's Eve, and the host even provided a bottle of champagne. Everything was perfect! We loved the lights in the bedroom and the gas fireplace. The lake is beautiful, and it is very quiet and tranquil. We highly recommend this perfect cottage that is so lovely.

Serene Setting
Wonderful, cozy cabin in a serene setting where we could wind down and decompress from the stresses of a hectic life. Lovely lake hosting lots of wildlife and scenic walks was what we experienced during our stay. Can't wait to come back during warmer days to enjoy the lake at its fullest on the kayaks. Beautiful cabin and great location!
Great place to stay! Quiet, semi secluded and a 2 minute walk to the lake. The welcome gifts were a nice touch! We enjoyed sitting on the porches, Kayaking and the fire pit. We regretted only doing a three day weekend. Would definitely recommend for a couples weekend or a small group looking to relax.

Wonderful cabin getaway!!!
We had a great time at this secluded cabin basically on the lake. The owner was great, kept in contact. Answered all our questions in a timely manner. The cabins kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The welcome packet was very informative. Closets were stocked with linens. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. My daughter enjoyed making s'mores over the campfire and absolutely had a great time learning how to use one of the kayaks located on site. Shes said she had the best weekend ever at the cabin on the lake.

Piece of paradise
We had an amazing few days at the cabin. The lake is within walking distance and we all loved kayaking for the 1st time. The house was perfect for us and the beds are amazingly comfortable. We enjoyed every minute at the cabin and hope to go back again!!

Serene and relaxing family vacation!
The cabin was more than we imagined! Check-in/check-out was easy and seamless. The cabin was immaculate and everything we needed was easy to find. Additional info left by the owner was straightforward. We are a large family that include 4 kids between the ages of 11 and 2 and all of us were extremely comfortable during our stay. We had so much fun fishing, kayaking, playing in the lake, and making Smores by the fire pit. Highly recommend for a secluded lake vacation!
