“The beds are not made every day of our 3 days stay in the hotel. The staff are helpful. The breakfast is sufficient but could still be improved. Overall, our experience was pleasant.”

“Excelente location! A lot of amenities around the hotel. Very good services.”

“Everything was very good except pool area Sunday morning was a mess. Coffee in the morning ran out of robust coffee a couple of times. Breakfast area clean and pool usually clean except Sunday morning.”

“We only stayed one night. Check in was less than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly. It's located close to different places to eat. My only complaint is the location of the elevator.”

“The suite was good for families. Kitchen is very convenient to have. Airconditioning was good. The only thing is that during our stay some people were smoking weed outside and when it rained you can smell it in the hallway.”

“The property is dilapidated, smells like wet dog and the staff was never at the desk and didn’t answer the phone. Our room was filthy, half used shampoo, no soap and one roll of toilet paper. Had to find one of the room service people for toilet paper and he was busy watching tv in the room he was “cleaning”. My husband half jokingly called this the Discomfort Inn. Never again!”

“There was no body wash or conditioner, only shampoo. All the hotels I have stayed at had those items for guest to use. Breakfast could have had a variety of muffins and bagels, and bread. Sausage seemed to be the only meat unless the day I didn't eat there they had bacon.”

“The room was not clean upon arrival. Used towels were left on the bathroom floor, the TV was still on, and the bed sheets appeared not to have been changed after the previous guest checked out. It seemed that the room had not been properly cleaned at all. The hallways had an overwhelming amount of air freshener or spray, which made it difficult to breathe. We checked almost five different rooms, but they all had similar issues. The strong smell in both the rooms and hallways made our children...

“Bugs on the beds. No towels in the room and when we did get them, they were pretty dingy. One bed with no pillows at all. It said free breakfast, but there was no breakfast except for coffee. I would not stay at this place ever again.”
