BUT. The staff has a work culture issue, often they dont look at you when they talk to you and they seldom smile, you are often left wondering if they dislike you when they leave after taking an order or similar.
Some of them mumble very low so you cant hear. There are exceptions, the more senior staff are better in general.
The small indian restaurant had the best staff.

âStayed here with my husband for a couple of days. A very nice little place. Our room was spacious and overlooking the pool. Close to the beach with nice snorkeling. The staff was great and very helpful. Airport is close so a bit noisy at takeoff, but not that many in a day.

âFantastiskt hotell med bra service och kvalitet pĂ„ allt. VĂ€l tilltagna allmĂ€nutrymmen i förhĂ„llande till antal rum, finns alltid bord, solsĂ€ng etc trots fullbokat.â
âGreat value for the money! Outrigger was a pleasant stay for us. We had half board and the dinners were excellent, great food! Drinks albeit a bit pricy but itâs an island.. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The beach was lovely and the veiws stunning. Plenty of activities like petanque and kayaks.
I read the negative reviews before choosing this hotel - which Iâm glad I didnât take any further notice on. Yes the facilities are not super updated but they are fresh and rooms...
âGreat cooperation especially I asked for pure vegetarian food for 10 days. Food were being delivered to my room. Extra mattress was given and placed on the floor upon my request. â

"Unfortunately, the hotel has deteriorated significantly in recent years. The room cleaning was excellent, but overall, the stay was a major disappointment â so we switched hotels after two days.
For example, the Ă la carte restaurant was fully booked, and we received incorrect information from the person in charge. They also forgot about our food allergy at the buffet, which caused issues. On the first day, we had to wait about an hour for a panini at lunch. The TV in our room didnât work, and when we requested a blanket, it never arrived.
There was no fruit, ice cream, or snacks available at the bars. We had booked an all-inclusive package, which turned out to be very poor.
Additionally, more than one rat was running around in the buffet area (we have it on video).
The rooms are worn out and in need of renovation. However, I believe this hotel might be suitable for families with children who donât have high expectations for food, comfort, or service."
