âThis hotel has a great view to the bay of Kotor. The rooms are spacious and modern. All rooms have a balcony, which is very convenient to enjoy the sunset or spend some time outside in the evening. The pool area is cozy and also with breathtaking views. My only suggestion is about the shower cubicle, which should have a door to avoid water splashing around the bathroom. â
âModern resort with strong Puerto Banus vibes. Porto Montenegro as an area is newly developed and growing with lots of luxury residences, hotels and restaurants. Best area to stay in in Tivat. Hotel amenities and services were great, friendly and hospitable staff, great common areas, amazing breakfast (and breakfast hostess was so friendly!). Pool area is (a bit too) large and lounge poolside music was way to loud to be relaxing.
We loved our stay but will sadly not return due to the clientele....
âGreat stay ruined by not refunding holding deposit still 1 month after we left. Holding deposit (ÂŁ1800) taken from credit card instead of put on hold as agreed and has still not been refunded. Poor customer service having to chase for updates with no proof they have actually paid this back to usâ
âHotellet ligger ca 20 min promenad till Gamla stan i Herceg Novi och det Ă€r ett lugnt omrĂ„de. Vi tyckte inte det gjorde nĂ„got att det lĂ„g lite utanför stadskĂ€rnan. Personalen Ă€r mycket vĂ€nlig och hjĂ€lpsamma och har verkligen anstrĂ€ngt sig för att vi ska fĂ„ en sĂ„ bra vistelse som möjligt. Rummet var lite omodernt men rent, sĂ€ngen var bekvĂ€m och frukosten lĂ€mnar inget att önska. Vi har trivts vĂ€ldigt bra och ger hotell Kredo vĂ„ra allra varmaste rekommendationer. â

âOur stay was fantastic! The hotel was incredible and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Dragon, he was amazing and so helpful! The rest of the hotel staff were amazing too. The hotel is in a great location, clean, spacious and updated. The breakfast was delicious and of high quality options. âThis is a little pearl and the service is great. The staff is very attentive and even though we had some issues checking in the professional service really compensated for this. The outdoor pool is very small, and from the picture you think it will be bigger. However the beach club is quite mesmerising! The spa is nice and so are the spa services. There are some issues with transportation, traffic issues to do the overall infrastructure, a big way to improve this for the hotel is to partner up...
