“Great stay for families”

“The hotel was in a good location to get to things easily. It was on the feeder, just down from a Walmart, but we didn’t get any road noise! It was quiet and clean. We had a plugged drain in the shower our first night but maintenance came first thing the next day to fix it. My kids enjoyed the pool, and I got good use of the gym. “Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm. We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. “Checked in on Thursday and checked out on Sunday. This is the second year in a row during a yearly visit home to Lubbock where the pool was closed due to maintenance issues. “Very clean hotel with attentive staff. Parking was a bit tight, but okay. All rooms seemed to be on the 2nd and 3rd floors with the reception desk and breakfast area on the first floor. Beds were comfortable, linens nice. Rooms had carpet.”
