“If you’re a couple do NOT stay here. The pool is like a glorified day care packed right full of children all in the hot tub screaming. They also have multiple lifeguards and it felt like an amusement park. Nothing like the pictures. Also if you walk into the lobby they pump this smell that smells like old woman. It’s so disgusting and wayyyy too strong. We are very disappointed that we stayed here. Wish someone would have warned us. We paid a lot of money and are very disappointed.”
“Rooms are a great size and beds are clean and comfortable. The pool is a bit small considering the number of people staying there, but the multiple hot tubs outside were beautiful. The staff is super friendly and Jozo's restaurant on-site was FANTASTIC.”
“The experience was very bad mostly due to; a) the exterior of the building was under construction and as a result the outside was very dirty, which got even worse due the to the intensive rain, b) and even worse, on Monday, August 3, the construction team was heavily hitting the exterior of the master bedroom's wall with a big hammer (very early in the morning) waking up all the family including my mother in law, who is 86 years old and finally c) the toilet from the master bedroom did not work...
